Do the people I share with need SynapLink?
No. A link QR code opens your card in any web browser, and a vCard QR code saves you straight into their phone’s contacts.
What’s the difference between the link and the vCard QR code?
The link points to your live card page, so it always shows your latest details; it comes with Premium and Teams. The vCard QR code carries your details directly, works offline and is available on every plan.
Is there a mobile app?
SynapLink works today in any browser on your phone or computer. Native iOS and Android apps are on the way.
What happens to my cards if I change plans?
They move with you. Upgrading syncs them to your account; downgrading moves them back to your device.
How does my company get set up?
Get in touch and we’ll set up your company profile with you. After that, colleagues who sign up with your company email are linked automatically, and your admins approve who joins.
Where is my data stored?
On the free plan your cards are stored only on your device. On Premium and Teams they’re stored in the cloud on Google Firebase, so they’re available wherever you sign in. Your account and the contacts you save are stored on Google Firebase on every plan. Our privacy policy has the details.
